When Will My Order Ship?

We try to process orders as soon as we receive them. Larger orders might take 1-3 days to assemble & package based on the product.

Uniquely Hand wrapped Chocolate and Customized Products require 28 days advance notice.  ALL Sales Are Final

Note:
Embellishments are glued securely to the decorated chocolates using a glue gun, however sometimes a few become detached during shipping. Please be prepared to re-attach embellishments, as we do not provide replacements or refunds on decorated chocolates.

Once an order is packaged and shipped, we will send an email confirming shipment with the shipping tracking number. We ship packages Monday through Friday, except on USA national holidays. We use USPS, FedEx, or UPS for shipping carriers, based on destination and shipping method.

How Long Will It Take For Delivery?

Shipping days are counted based on the day the package is shipped. So, if your order needs 3 days to be delivered, it is 3 days after the package gets picked up by the carrier service from our facilities. Some carriers may deliver Regular Shipping packages on Saturdays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery for Regular Shipping.

What Time Of The Day To Expect Delivery At?

For Regular Shipping, we can't guarantee a time of day for delivery of your package. It all depends on when the carrier deems it appropriate to deliver in the area.

For Express and Overnight Shipping, delivery is usually guaranteed by 3pm or by Noon, depending on the area. If you need the package delivered earlier in the morning, please contact our customer support for assistance at 941-376-4229 or by email.

If you need Express or Overnight delivery made on a Saturday, please call our customer service as well at 941-376-4229 to check availability and additional charges due.
Please note that orders cannot be delivered on Sundays.

Where Are Packages Shipped From?

Packages are sent from our distribution center in Florida, Monday through Thursday, except for national holidays.

 How We Ship Our Chocolates

Depending on numerous factors, Pave Chocolatier ships packages using FedEx, UPS or the U.S. Postal Service. There are two factors that determine the shipping charges on orders. First, shipping charges increment as the weight of your order increases. Secondly, the shipping charge formula is scaled based upon the distance between our warehouse location and the destination address. We have set our rates to approximate the rates charged to us by our delivery service providers. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.  Between May 01, to October 31 we ONLY ship by FedEx, UPS or USPS 1-2 business days to protect the content of your package from the elements of extreme heat.
